We offer both in-clinic (face-to-face) and teletherapy services for Speech and Occupational Therapy.
We have made several changes to best accommodate a healthy return to in-clinic Therapy.

Pre-screening questions
It is necessary that you confirm you have answered NO to each of these questions on your child’s appointment day.
· Have you or anyone in your household had a fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath within the last 14 days?
(Excluding: Itchy Eyes, Stuffy Nose and/or Sneezing)
· Have you or anyone in your household come in close proximity to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19?
· Have you or anyone in your household been placed on special quarantine above the standard guidelines?
· Have you or any member of your household traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days?
· Have you or anyone in your household experienced any changes in health within the last 14 days?
